Computer & laptop repair in St. Cloud, FL Osceola County · on-site by appointment

St. Cloud started in 1909 as a retirement colony for Union Civil War veterans. Today it’s growing fast, and a new house means a network built from scratch. We’ll come out by appointment and set it up properly from the start.

Serving St. Cloud

St. Cloud grew from 35,183 residents in 2010 to 58,964 in 2020, about 68% in ten years, and much of that growth came as newly built homes. Familiar landmarks like the historic downtown on New York Avenue, Lakefront Park on East Lake Toho and 13th Street, which is US-192, now share the city with whole new neighborhoods. Every one of those new houses starts with an empty network: a modem, a router and wall jacks that may not lead anywhere yet.

We start at the panel. We connect the wall jacks to a switch so the home office gets a wired connection, place the router and mesh points where they cover the whole house, and get every computer and printer online. If the move came with a new computer, we can transfer everything from the old one too. We work on-site by appointment, Monday through Saturday, and handle bigger repairs in our shop.

Definitely an it service you can count on. I had a computer from 2008 that had family photos. It went to the blue screen of death while trying to download them. Called them and they picked up the hard drive and had it downloaded in 12 hours. Great customer service and results.
