Managed IT services for practices & small businesses in Orlando & Central Florida
Managed IT means someone looks after your office technology every month, not just when it breaks. We maintain your workstations, servers, software, switches, firewalls, access points, printers and backups, check that updates and backups actually ran, and stay the one person who knows how your setup fits together.

How we handle it
The same four steps every time, so you always know what’s next.
- 1
Document what you have
We inventory every workstation, server, switch, firewall, access point and printer, record logins and licenses, and flag anything out of date or no longer supported.
- 2
Fix the gaps first
Before monthly care starts, we deal with the urgent items: missing updates, backups that aren’t running, shared passwords and accounts belonging to people who have left.
- 3
Maintain it monthly
Every month we apply and check updates, confirm backups finished and test a restore, update firewall and network firmware, and set up or shut off accounts as staff come and go.
- 4
One person to call
When something goes wrong, you call someone who already knows your network, your software and your staff, instead of explaining it all to a stranger.
What the monthly checklist covers
- Patching: Windows, macOS and business software updates, applied and then checked, not just scheduled.
- Backup verification: confirming each backup finished and restoring sample files, so you know recovery works before you need it.
- Firewall and network: firmware updates for the firewall, switches and access points, and a look at anything unusual in the logs.
- People: accounts, email and devices for new hires, and access shut off when someone leaves.
- Hardware health: drive health, UPS batteries and machine age, so replacements are planned, not emergencies.
None of this means nothing will ever break. It means problems turn up on a checklist instead of in the middle of your busiest day.
IT for practices that hold sensitive data
We’ve supported dental practices, attorney offices, restaurants and warehouses. Each runs on a few systems that can’t go down: imaging and practice-management software, case files, point-of-sale terminals, shipping and inventory. We plan maintenance around those systems and your hours.
Practices also hold sensitive patient and client records, so backups, access and updates get extra care: encrypted backups with a copy kept off-site, individual logins instead of shared ones, multi-factor sign-in wherever your software supports it, and updates applied on a schedule. We don’t certify compliance. If your practice follows specific regulations, we work from the requirements your compliance advisor sets.
One person who knows your setup
With managed IT, you aren’t starting over with a stranger every time something breaks. The same technician who documented your network and set up your firewall knows which PC runs the X-ray software, which switch feeds the kitchen printer and where the backups go. Your passwords, licenses and network map are written down, and they stay yours.
We don’t sell computers or parts, so when a workstation needs replacing, the advice is about what fits your office, not what’s in stock. We set up the new machine and move the files and settings across, so whoever uses it finds everything where they left it.
Questions about managed IT services
Still unsure? Call or text (407) 773-0904 and describe what’s happening.
Do you provide IT support for dental offices and law firms?
Yes. We’ve supported dental practices and attorney offices, along with restaurants and warehouses, and we schedule maintenance around your patient or client hours.
Can you take over from our current IT person?
Yes. We start by documenting what’s in place, gathering passwords and licenses, and fixing urgent gaps, so your setup is written down instead of living in one person’s head.
Is managed IT worth it for a small business?
If a day without your computers, a lost file or a former employee’s open account would hurt, usually yes. Regular maintenance catches problems early, and you get one person who already knows your systems.
Do you work on-site?
Yes. We work at your office by appointment, Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM, and bigger hardware repairs happen in our shop.
